Hi,
I won the DV2008 with a small priority number, I just send some documents to Kentucky, they replied that I just have to pay something (DV Fee) to Kentucy then they will sent some docs to USCIS for Adj status ( I was at H1B visa ).
Then I got my GC (Employment Based) approved last week ( applied 4 years ago ).
Do I have to contact/tell Kentucky about this ?
