  • Please advice

I'm a selectee dv2009, and want to do AOS was wondering if I can eliminate my 'wife' from the process. I'm the principal applicant and we have decided not to marry but according to the original forms we filled that were were married.
    please advise.

If you filed as married, you are supposed to be married. If you are not married, then you lied on immigration forms by claiming a different marital status. Get a lawyer.

      advice plse.

Thanks for your response, the problem is my 'wife' is out of status for 1 year now (F1) and if I include her in the process I feel like we will end up losing this golden opportunity. Currently i'm F1 visa holder. Are there chances of both geting GC if we file together?
      Thanks for your time.[email protected]
