DV 2009 and Adjustment of status for child already in theUS

I am currently in the US on A F1 visa (been here for ~ 2 weeks). My mother who is still in my home country just won the DV 2009 lottery in which she had listed me as a depended. I am still under 21 yrs old. I understand that I have to file for AOS since I am already in the US. What procedure do we follow when filling our documents.

Also,
1: What option in part 2 of the I-485 do I fall under?
2: what protocol do we follow when filing the documents? i.e Do I need to wait until my mom sends returns her documents to Kentucky before I submit my 1-485? Should I wait until the USCIS requests the 1-485 from me before sending it?
3: Does my mom still need to file a DS-230 for me now that we have decided to use the AOS method for me?
