confusion help please.

Hi all,
am dv lottery winner 2009 i have question for you please, me and my wife we are on f1 visa but she doesnt want to change her status. Our # is high (468xx) and she doesn't want to travel overseas to do consular processing. Now if i notify kcc that she is not interested will I be able to pursue the process by my self?

You DON'T have to travel overseas and do consular processing.
You can still be in the States and do an Adjustment of Status (AOS). This would not affect you or your wife's F1 status. You will still be fine in F1 status even when you have applied for AOS.
