I just won the 2012 DV lottery and now am supposed to fill the forms DPS-122 and DS-0230. In the form Ds-230 question 39, am supposed to provide a name and address of a petitioner. Who is the petitioner in this case? is it me the winner, my spouse or a sponser living in the US?
