My Asylum case is pending can I marry f1 visa holder.

Plz help me.I am a Nepali citizen. I filed for Asylum on March 22th 2011 and on June 2nd I got recommended approval and till today I have not heard anything from USCIS. I got my EAD on July 15th 2011 now since my case is pending can I marry f1 visa holder and when my asylum is approved can I file for derivative asylum for him? I know I cannot file for derivative asylum if I marry after I get the asylum approval but what If I marry while my approval is pending. He is from Japan and I am from Nepal does being from different country makes me difficult to get asylum? I really need you suggestion please help me.
