Old property statements for B1 visa

Hi.
My parents made property statements from the CA n used them for their visa application last year.
Can I use the same documents, since my father is my sponsor for the trip? I am a non-earning medical student going to US for medical electives which require a B1 visa.
Or do I have to get the papers done again from the CA this year?
