Father's name with two different spellings on the passport

I guess this is a peculiar case.

First page of my passport has my information as
Surname: XYZ
Given names: ABC Namdeo ---- (My name, Father's name)

Last page has parents information where my father's name is
XYZ Namdev PQR

As you can see, last page has a different spelling- 'v' in place of 'o'. Information on the first page is correct. How critical is it? If I am filling DS-160 what name should I use in Family Information section where I need to enter my Father's name? I may not have enough time right now to correct it on my passport.
