Hi friends,

My in-laws charged with criminal charges in their son's divorce case. The 489/469 completely misused. Court dismissed the charges after 2 years. Now we are planning to get B2-visitor visa for them. I am filling D160 and do I need to mention the criminal charges ?. Please advise. Any issue in getting the visa?


One more question, Can I get visa for my uncle and brother ? and what are the chances of getting visitor visa for my Uncle and Brother?
