Chances of getting B1 visa?

Hi Folks,

Kindly let me know my chances of getting B1 visa.

Background:

1. I have spend 2 months on H1B visa in USA in 2011.
2. Apart from USA, I have travelled to multiple countries like Japan,Singapore,Malaysia,Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom for business trips.
3. I am married and have a child.
4. My experience is >8 years and >2 years with current organization

I am little worried about effect of my Saudi Arabia trip and my stay on H1B visa.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Dont see any negatives. Whats the purpose and duration of your B1? Whats your annual income in USD?
