B1 Visa

I am joining a company for which getting a visa is prerequisite for joining and get trained in US. I am currently work for another company. My question is how will the visa officer will receive me and what kind of questions she/he may ask. please help how will I successfully represent myself.

they usually give B1 visas to people who have been with the company for some years, so they are likely to come back.
With your presentation that you need to be trained in US to join a new company, the officer will not be convinced.
