Refused entry with 5 year ban - needs to go to US for training course

Hi

About 4 years ago I was refused to enter US and was given a 5-year ban from reentering. My tourist visa was of course revoked.

Now, my company has just promoted me and I would need to go to the US for a short 3-4 days' training course in one of our US vendor's facility.

Can you guide me how to get a new visa to the US. What visa type I should apply for and whether there is an applicable waiver I could apply for and how long it would take to get it completed.

please post what happened at port of entry 4 years ago; why did you get the ban and what section of immigration law was written on your passport?
