Hello All,
I came on a B1 for 3 weeks stay. But after coming to US, my stay is extended to 7 weeks (until mid of December).
1: Will this extension be a problem while returning from US?
2: My client is asking me to work for 10 more weeks. How much gap should be there between 2 consecutive B1 visits? Since I stayed more than the mentioned time, in my first visit, will my 2nd B1 visit gets denied? (i 94 is stamped for 6 months)
3: And also my company is filing H1 for me next year. Will my extended B1 stay create any problems in H1 processing?
4: Which of the visas are better to go for? L1 or H1? I went through many forums, and there are mixed comments on this. Can anyone explain me the possibility of getting the L1 visa with 3 years work exp and also the benifits like Salary, etc..
