need help about B1 USA visa refusal

i got refused under section 214 b for USA 27,01,2015
they gave me reason ,due to hard restriction of our country we can not issue your visa try next
want to know should i apply again if yes then can you plz tell me after how many time i should apply
this site is very helpful plz advise me what should i do?

There may be many possible reasons of rejection.. On the second time, when did you applied for B1 visa application...?

me my company name
vo how long?
me 10 years
vo do you have invitation?
me i gave
vo why are you going there?
me for inspection and buying of used generators
vo salary?
me i told my salary and my monthly income
then she open my passport and saw my visas where i visited b4
last i visited turkey she saw my turkey visa and stood up and asked her companion is this turkey visa?
i got turkey business visa with my foto
then she said sorry due to hard country condition we can not issue visa this time try next
i have valid invitation and all booking i am planing to apply again
plz advise me should i apply again or no?
i get 50000 rent from my inherited property,i told her my salary and my monthly income separate

If she ask your salary then you can tell about it.. its the part of interview process....
