Sec 212 6 c i - 5 years ban

hello,
I sent an FOIA enquiry to USCIS to understand what exactly happened to me in the year 2001 when i tried to enter US with a VISA that got expired. I received a response from USCIS...it does have a page that says thati am inadmissible to US under provisions 212(a)......and the checkbox was ticked for the line that has a bar period of 5 years.
Although, it says i am barred for 5 years, i am concerned that in some other pages it does say that i am charged with sections 212(a)(6)(c)(i) and 212(a)(7)(a)(i)(ii)..

So, i am confused if i am good to travel since my bar period is only 5 years or should i be worried about 212 a 6 ci section? FYI - i just got a B1 visa last year. Any help is highly appreciated.
