Granting Work Visa to Teenager

Hi,

Recently I've started volunteering to one of the video game makers based in US. I'm 16 at the moment, will be 17 when I finish high school.

I've been wondering that if I send my application to work for them - is there any chance US will grant a visa to 16/17 year old from another country? I'm Non-EU citizen located in Georgia. Would I need to be 18 at all times to be granted work visa?
