date last visa was issued in ds 160

Hi

I have a B1 that was issued in June 2006 and and an L1 issued in July 2007. Now i am applying for renewal of my B1. In DS160 there is a question about last visa issued date and followed by another question are you applying for the same category of visa. Can someone guide me what to answer for these 2 questions.
