I-94 OK; VISA expired!

Hi! I´m Kaizo; i have a B1 VISA valid until March, the 3rd. I applied for an extension of my noninmigrant status and now i have a I-94 valid until July. As i know, the date of expiration of my VISA is irelevant to stay in the USA; anyway (think is a silly question ) if i come back to my country before the i-94 expires, to return to the USA again i´ll need a new VISA... is OK?

Visa stamp is used only to enter the USA. You can legally stay in the US until the expiration date of I-94.
