B1 visa cancelled with reason 214b

Hi,

I had B1 visa, which got cancel with reason 214b when i applied B2 visa for my wife and daughter to accompany me in Jun2016.
I had travelled 3 times to US since my B1 visa approved in Sep2015.
I have applied B1 visa 3 times, 1st time my visa refused with reason 214b, 2nd time my visa got approve then i travelled 3 times and then visa cancelled in Jun2016 as i mentioned above and 3rd time when i applied again refused with reason 214b.
I am going to reapply again now as my company suggested me because i am a service engineer and our criteria fits only in B1 visa.
Visa officer don't see any documents for proof so how to overcome rejection now?
