My spouse has a pending L1 visa for a long time--we had to supplement the submission with additional information. Can I apply for a B2 visa if my spouse's application is pending? I know that I can follow my spouse as an L2 if and when it is approved. However, it is unclear if the L1 will be approved... Any thoughts?
