Visa Rejected Under Section 413-a

Hi,

My visa got rejected under section 413-A.They were not satified with the documents that i had got.Please help me out.

Hi,

I too was rejected under 214 B before two month. Now I am applying again.MY company is under BEP. What significant changes can i highlight to them this time. My status doesnt change. But i am going for a new project. What is the possibility of getting the visa. could any one of you help this out.

The Business Executive/Express Program (BEP) is only for companies located in India. . The BEP is for selected companies that have a high volume of visa applicants, and meet the requirements of a rigorous pre-screening and approval process conducted by the US Consulate.

B1-B2 Visa refusal help

Hi,

My visa got rejected under 214(b). I applied as single and Under BEP. Now i got married; is this change sufficient for reapplying? although it less than a month since i got refusal.

My B1 visa under BEP got rejected in october last year 2010 under 214(b) itself. I am appearing for the interview this september in Canada - Vancouver this time for B1/ B2. I am applying this visa to travel mainly. May be my employer may ask me to go on business trips in future for which there is no confirmation now.


Can you let me know as to what all questions I would be asked and how to answer them correctly?
