B1 Visa Urgent Help

Hey All,

Need a small suggestion.

I am planning to join a company is currently based out of US and which is soon going to open its office in India.
They need me to be there for some training purpose even before their Indian entity is up.
Since it doesn't have a registered office in India, they cannot provide me with offer letter (However, they can give me an offer letter in their US entity letter head).

Will it be an issue to get a B1 visa for travelling to US?

What all documents I will be required to produce?

They can put on their US letter head that they plan to give you an offer in their Indian company, once established.
