Business visa extension issues

I work for European company and my job requires me to travel extensively. I hold a valid business visa for USA until 2024. Currently I'm asked to travel to Iran and Sudan for business requirements. Will I have any issue with USA business visa extension in 2024 if I travel to these countries. Pls suggest?

Just keep the visit as short as possible.
Keep the documentations safe in future (like your visa for that country, boarding pass, invitation letters etc).
They'll surely ask why did you visited there - keep a good answer ready
Keep travel history to other countries ready - like you've been travelling whole world, not just USA & Iran/Sudan alone.

Not at all a problem with them.... you can travel anywher...

but you might face trouble if you want to enter Israel....
