    HI
Recently I got my B1/B2 visa to attend a business conference in New York City in October 20th 2018, due to some business meeting in October I am not able to attend this conference but I have further related conferences in future, so my question is there any problem at port of entry if I go to US to attend further events or tourism only.
    Best Regard

It won't be a problem, if your first visit still meets the requirement - i.e. business visit. Just keep some documents handy, that why you couldn't attend the conference in Oct 2018.

Though not a big problem, but try to avoid making your first visit for tourism - this can raise questions at POE.

Visa given to you will be B1/B2 for 10 years multiple entry - which itself means that you can re-enter multiple times - obviously you won't be attend the same business conference again & again. Which means yes, you can travel for other conferences.

If you have single entry visa, then you still can, but you should not.
