I had B1/B2 Visa. I travelled 4/5 times in 9 months on the visa for around 100 days in US.

Last month My company applied for L1A Blanket, in interview VO Cancelled my B1/B2 (cancelled without prejudices) also denied L1A.

What are the chances of getting B1/B2 again?

You are the best person to check what could have been wrong during your L1A visa interview. If VO found any false information in your form, then it is quite possible that you won't get the B1 as well.

Also, you over-used your B1 visa. Staying in USA for 100 days out of 180 days is not suggested at all - he might have thought that you are misusing B1 visa.
