b1/b2 Accepted then rejected, 221 g. How to check if they've receivedit?

I was interviewed for a function in Harvard and I got a visa. But then a few days later I got a visa saying I have to send an application answering questions such as who my brothers were etc etc. So I did reply, in a docx form. How can I know it has reached them? its been almost 50 days. Has this happened to anyone else? please, help, and thank you
