I am on a Business trip to the US. My I-94 allows me to stay till 14th July. My company has filed for extension for 3 weeks. This was done last week. I understand that I may or may not get the receipt from USCIS about having received my extension request before I leave. What document I should ask from my company which I can show at the time of exit. Is there anything else that I will have to submit to the airline at the time of check-in other than I-94?
My petition has been approved and I will be going in for H1B stamping within the next couple of months. Does the above affect me in anyway when I go for the stamping?
