Hi,
My B1 visa was refused in the second week of July-06. That time I was supposed to go for gathering requirements for a project. Due to my extension in the previous visit (again gathering the requirements) the Visa was refused.
I again have to visit USA in the last week of september for "Training" purpose.
I will get the oppiontment in Jan-07 if I apply now for the Visa.
But as we have the facility to prepone the appointment, I am trying to get the oppointment somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd week of September. I have learnt that there is limitation on when can we re-apply.
1. Will there be any problem if I take the oppointment so soon after two months of my Visa refusal?
2. Will the change is Purpose of visit increase the possibility of getting the Visa?
3. As the Visa was refused to me last time, will they ask more questions about the refusals?
4. What are the common questions the officer may in this situation?
