Can i use B1 for a new employer when H1B application is under process
I am holding a B1 Visa(Employer 1) and my H1B application is under process(Employer 3). I have an offer, a contract (job) for 2 months with another Employer (Employer 2)for which i have to travel to US on my B1 visa. I wish to accept this offer and get my H1B stamped after i am back. I have to change my job for this opportunity.
I have a doubt, plz sugget me on this:
In my H1B application, the present employer is my current employer/organisation(Employer 1). Now i have to travel to US for the new Employer for a couple of months(Employer 2). Now, at the time of Visa appointment my present employer in india would be this new employer . Can this create a problem in getting the H1B visa stamped ?
What do you suggest? Should i accept this offer or remain with the same employer..? Can i use the same B1 visa to travel for this new employer (Employer 2) ?
