My company is applying for a B1 - business visa for 2 weeks on my behalf. Can I also apply for an additional 2 weeks of tourist - B2 visa?

Can one combine business and tourist visa interviews?

What is your purpose in doing that? You can visit places while on a B1. No one will stop you.Anyway, It does not matter if you apply for a B1 or a B2, you will be given
a visa that reads "B1/B2" in both cases . It means you can use it for either tourist or business. It is the officer at entry who will decide whether your
classification will be B1 or B2 and stamp your I-94 accordingly.( depending on what you say to him the purpose is).
