Queatin about traveling with B1/B2 visa......

thank you for your information on my previous post, here i have one more question, as i have the visa type B1/B2 if i travel on my own(not company is sending me) what type of visa do i come under? if its comes under B2 still can be able to convert to H1 or not? please let me know guys......

You can't really come own your own for B1 visa as it is for business visa and has to be through an employer (it is possible for self-employed business owners in some cases).
