I-94 for B1 visa

I sent my I-94 along with other required documents to my regional office in India for the submission of my B1 visa extension , but unfortunately it didn't worked and I have to go back to India on this sunday 29th, my visa gets expired on the same day. I have a xerox copy of my I-94. Is this sufficient to travel back to Inida without any issues?

Please give me direction if this is an issue.
