Hello!

Please help my friend in this situation.

My friend wife is working in an organization and company applied for her Business visa and she has got it and on 3rd week of december she has to leave for USA.

she has 3+ yrs baby girl and she also want to take her. Due to some family problem no relative is taking responsibility to babycare the kid. At interview they did not asked her how many kids she has got.

please guide what is procedure and what documents are needed for her.

Her husband don't want to visit, but she want him also if possible.

please help them.

they did not asked about kids

It is actually not advisable to apply for the child's visa because they will ask how the mother will take care of the baby as well as do business in US.

If the father goes to apply for the visa with the child, they will say why did you not all apply together? ALL FAMILY TRAVELING TOGETHER SHOULD
APPLY TOGETHER. Also, all of them going to US will arouse suspicion that they do not want to come back.

This way they will be putting the mother's visa at risk also. A tough officer can cancel the visa , if he/she thinks they are trying to trick the embassy by getting one visa at a time.

If she still wants to apply for the child; she should call VFS in her city and they will tell her what to do.
