I-94 missed for b1 visa

Hi,
I am new to this forum.my friend is in b1 visa,he missed his i-94 and that too expired.and he came to USA in 2003.and he want to apply for green card or citizenship.Is there any way please help me.he don't know what he has to do now.My visa also expired and i am working some where in restaurent field.Is there any way to apply for extention with out i-94.please give me a reply.It will be helpful for him.or can he apply for new b1 visa.I ve more doubts regarding this.

Sorry. Your friend overstayed too long. Overstay more than 180 days
invites real trouble.

The only possible way is to get married to a US citizen but even for that you will need a waiver and a very good attorney.
