Hi
I have B1 visa which is valid for 10 yrs from Company A without any annotation filled. On seeing some responses in our forum I understood that I can use it for other companies also. I'm still with this Company A.
I have now got my H1 papers from Company B and I have to visit consulate.
My doubt is if I get my H1 visa stamped, will my B1 visa is cancelled ?
If my B1 visa is cancelled, that will be a problem with Company A, coz, I have to stay with Company A for some more time. In this period if I have to go to US, it will be a problem for me. Will this H1 and B1 visa are independent of each other or any one will be valid
A good and valuable suggestion is needed.
