If my fiancee is a citizen of China and has a B1 visa and I am a U.S. citizen and we get married in the U.S. do I have to
a. convert her B1 visa to a fiancee visa before marriage
b. do we just get married and can she stay in the U.S. for whatever the time limit is on the B1 visa and apply for a change of status and if we do what happens?
c. does she have to leave the U.S. after a certain time period before the marriage?
d. after we apply for the fiancee visa does she have to stay outside the u.s. until it is approved even though she has a b1 visa and can enter the u.s. at anytime?
e. what is the best way to go about getting marriage and getting her to be a resident if she already has the ability to enter the u.s. whenever she wants?
