B1-visa Rejected Under 413-a

Hi,

I had my Visa interview on April 23 rd and my B1- visa got rejected under section 413-A.They were not satsisfied with the documents that was provided by the company.
I am working in a software firm that is tied up with a US company.Need to travel on May 17 to USA.Please let me know what is the procedure to re-apply and what are the necessary document that i should take in.Plz very urgent.Help needed.
