Hi,
My H1b visa got rejected under section 221g in 2004..now I am applying for
B1 visa.Basically I am Graduate in Commerce and I completed Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from IGNOU in 2006. I got my provisional certificate from IGNOU, but I haven't received my PGDCA Convocation certicate.still it's going to take some more time it seems.
I do have a Convocation certificate of Bachelors Degree in commerce. So now Can I include my PGDCA Qualification in DS 156 along with my Bachelors Degree? and please let me know does my PGDCA provisional certificate is valid for getting visa.
