H1B-221g and now B1

Hello All,
In oct 2007 I went for H1B interview and got 221g because my employer didn't send client letter. Unfortunately I am still at 221g stage only.

Now the current employer is planning to send me via B1 visa....

Now what kind of risks/impact will be on my B1 because of 221g of H1B.

Any inputs are appreicated.

H1B and B1 visas are very different. What is the purpose of your visit?

I got the visa...

Probably it might help the guys in similar situation...
The lady at the initial screening wrote the word
"Prev H1B(g)" on DS-156 form.

VO: Hello Sir, How are you?
me: Fine, thank you..how are you?
VO: Fine. Thank you Sir
He saw that that the words written on DS-156 and asked for other passport
me: I don't have any other passport.
VO: Seems like you have H1.
me: No sir, I got 221g. No Visa.
VO: Ok, what is the purpose of going to xyz labs U.S
me: told the reason
VO: Ok sir, your visa is issued and it will be delivered in 3 working days.
me: Thank you sir
VO: Have a nice trip.
me: Thank you. Have a nice day.
VO: Thank you sir.

Be cool... h1b(221g) is not an issue at all.

What we have to write at 31 section of ds 156 form

question:-

Have you ever refused a US visa

Yes or no

IS 221(G) administration process is refusal or wht

pls suggest
