Hi!
This is my 3rd time here in the USA on a B1/B2 visa. I was granted a 5 year 'in and out' visa so I dont have to file for a new visa every 6 months, I just have to leave and re-enter.
I usually spend 6 months in the USA then 6 months in Australia and have never had an issue at the POI... but this time I want to exit the country for a few days then come straight back (to reset the 6 month limit).
I know I cannot fly to Mexico or Canada to reset th 6 months.
My wuestions:
1) Can i fly to the Bahamas for a few days then re-enter and get another 6 months? Where else can I exit it (that is close to the USA... to avoid the 23hr flight to Australia!
2) Is there a danger of only exiting the country for a few days then returning for another 6 months?
