B1 returning visitor.. please help

I got my ten years multiple visa in Sept 2007. I travelled to U.S for the first time on 27th november 2007 and my return was suppose to be on 25th of December. But Due to delayed project I had to over stay till 22nd January where the entry was expiring on (27th of feb) .

Now I m visiting U.S again on July 23 and will be returning on 10th september . Is there any required information that I should carry with me. Or any suggestion for the second visit. As i feel i extended my stay to 60days last time. Will this cause any problem or issue with my visa.

As long as you did not overstay the I-94 date, you will be fine. But visiting frequently is not recommended without spending more time in your home country.
