B1 Rejected

I got rejection twice under 214 b. I want to attend the coference there but still got refused. Is there any way to appeal for this..I have less time to attend the conference..just 1 week..
please suggest something

No way to appeal. You have no right to a visa, thus you can not appeal the decision. Certainly not in 1 week. You could re-apply, but it will take a while before you get an interview date.

You should have applied a long time ago.
