B1 Visa

I applied B1 visa USA consulate in Chinai last year (28 oct 2007)after my interview they gives me a yellow letter, wich mean not refused but pending and i have to wait till they call me again. After so long still I haven't get any reply from them. So any one help me out. What should I do.
