B1 trips in 12 months

You should not spend more than 6 months in the USA in a 12 month rolling window... You are risking being red flagged as a potential immigrant which will lead to harsher questioning, secondary inspections, restricted i-94s and eventually a cancelled visa.

As for your questions:

1) Yes. It WILL be an issue.

I am in usa on B1 visa and this is my 2nd trip with gap of 14 days between 1st and 2nd trip. No extention in first trip and no plan in current trip as well and shall leave USA in Last week of October 2008 .
My first trip was 2.5 months, second will be little less than 3 months.

But I can see requirement of 3rd trip some time in mid December 2008. And there will be a gap of 4-6 weeks for future visit and current visit.

So My questions are -

Will there be any issue for my 3rd trip as I already visited USA once and I am on 2nd trip currently?

And Second question is -
Will there be any issue for my B1 Visa?

And last but not least -
Will it create any problem to get visas like L1 or other in future?
