B1 Visa

Hi,

I got rejected B1 visa twice. I didnt apply for it for last 1.5 years. How many times I can apply for B1 visa and what kind of answers will help me to get the visa. I have around 3.5 years of experience in IT related company. And I am with same company for more than 2 years.
