I am trying to obtain information. We are a company in Canada and we are bidding on a contract in the US and would like to send some of our workers as they are familiar with the product we built. The work would consist of perhaps 3 to 4 weeks in the US working and than out for a week and then back in and so on. We are strictly a Canadian company and the workers payroll would be Canadian. What process do we need to follow to make this work? Please advise.
