My H1B visa got refused during dec 2006 and they issued 221g form from chennai consulate stating "The petition is being returned to USCIS for further review.upon completion of the review USCIS will contact your petitioner. Please wait for a notification from the consulate before returning. "
This month Im having B1 visa appointment while the H1B Case is still pending. Please suggest some ideas like what kind of questions they will ask during the interview. Your help is greatly appreciated.
