Urgent:Holding approved H1, can I get B1

Hi Friends,

I have approved (not yet attended for visa Interview) H1 visa from an X company in USA. Now my company in mumbai wants to send me on B1 for a Y company in USA. In this case is there any chance that my H1 gets cancelled and then only I can get an B1 visa if i go to consulate for an B1 interview.

Kindly let me have your reply at the earliest , please treat this as urgent one.
