Hi,
I was rejected my B1 Visa as I had applied for a training programme from my company, which was for 6 months. I was not aware that 3 months was the period you could apply for B1.
1) He asked how long I am working with the current organization - 3 yrs
2) Why are you going to US - I said for training purpose and to understand the architecture to set and train team members back in India.
3) Which was your previous company - xy company
4) Your CTC - xyz amount.
The person in charge told that he is not convinced that I will return back from US.
Is this the reason why CO could have rejected giving 214(b)?
Now in how many days can I re apply as the training is scheduled to start by early next month (July 09). What could be the best reasoning I can give to convince the person.
If my company can give an invitation letter for 3 months, will it work for me?
CO never asked me about the family details.
Please help me with your suggestions.
Thanks.
