B1 visa travelling with colleagues

I have applied for B1 visa for business meetings. Should I mention names of all colleagues whom I am travelling with in form DS160, and schedule visa interview on same date as them. Or is it better to not mention about people you are travelling with and apply alone on separate date. Which is the best way?

For business visa, the best would be to show your travel alone.

I guess (not 100% sure), the group is for tourist/family travelling together.
